Core Portfolio Designer

feature photo

The Core Portfolio Designer is designed to allow you to back-test a portfolio of fundamental indices in varying proportions to determine their historical performance, and to directly compare fundamental indexation with market-capitalization weighting strategies as well as actively-managed mutual funds. The tool is an excel spreadsheet but produces a series of one page, client facing documents with performance history, fees and customizations that you choose.

This version is built for use with F-class accounts, and you can change the fees charged for both equities and fixed income. Further you can adjust the percentage allocation to fixed income vs equities as well as the proportion of the portfolio that would go into all or any one of the fundamental index funds.
